Penthouse at Costa Verde II - Panoramic ocean vista, kitchen, two king-size beds, four ceiling fans, master bathroom.

Casa Quinta (A-9) Casa Quinta (A-9 & 10) has been re-built to include two more baths, a wood paneled cathedral-style ceiling and three new A/C units – one for each bedroom, the house now includes three separates entrances, three and a half bedrooms, four full baths, cable TV, a terrace, kitchen and dinning area with a nice ocean view. The two side bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed. The master bedroom has two queen sized beds. Each bedroom has an attached private bathroom, as well as a separate door to the terrace/dinning area. The half bedroom with its single sized bed, is designed for a small child. It is attached to the master bedroom, and also has its own private bath.

Bungalow A-13 - Offers two bedrooms with both separate and internal entrances, and balconies for each bedroom. The main room contains one king size bed and one queen-size bed, a kitchenette, dining area, full bath, air-conditioning, cable TV. The second room contains one queen size bed and a full bath. Five ceiling fans cool the rooms.

Bungalow A-11 - One large studio containing three queen size beds, a kitchenette four ceiling fans cool the room.

Bungalow E-5 Offers two bedrooms with both seperate and internal entrances. The main room contains one king size bed & one double bed, a kitchenette, full bath, cable TV, A/C & balcony with ocean view.
The second room contains one king size bed, A/C, cable TV and a full bath.

727 Home Fuselage - The airplane, nestled beside the rain forest and beside our Costa Verde II building, is perched on a custom-built platform 15 meters (50 feet) up from the ground. At this height, its guests will be able to enjoy scenic ocean and jungle views from both the factory airplane windows and the handcrafted deck that has been built atop its wings. The inside of the plane has been decorated using local teak wood and Costa Verde's renowned innovation. This has resulted in a beautiful wood paneled fuselage with three queen size beds, two bathrooms, TV, AC, kitchenette and safety deposit

Cancellation policy:

Low and High Season: Cancellations 22 - 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 25%. Cancellations 14 - 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 50%. Any cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the expected date of arrival will not be reimbursed. Christmas week (December 23 – January 2): Any cancellation will be charged 25%. Cancellations 22 - 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 50%. Any cancellation 14 days or less prior to the expected date of arrival will not be reimbursed. Cancellation charges are calculated from the total cost of the reservation.
